Pillars U has courses designed to provide continuing education courses to mental health professionals. Pillars of Wellness has achieved the distinction of being an approved continuing education provider through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, ensuring high-quality educational opportunities for mental health professionals.

Pillars Couples
Pillars U has courses designed to educate and to provide couples with tips and techniques to help improve their relationships. Through the completion of these courses, you will learn how to ways to be a better partner in relationships, such as to use effective communication skills, to improve sexual intimacy, to talk finances, and to learn about other common couples' struggles. Whether you are in a relationship or dating, there are a number of courses to help in your interpersonal development.

Pillars U has courses designed to provide employees with support in their wellness journey and educate them on different techniques that can help reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as other areas of personal growth. Through the completion of these courses, you may be better prepared to handle the next stressful situation. Pillars Mindfulness Members
As a PillarsU Mindfulness Member, you’re part of a structured wellness experience designed to help you build mindfulness skills, reduce stress, and support your overall mental health. Your membership includes access to the 8-Week Mindful Wellness Program, which combines individualized sessions with guided practices, educational tools, and reflective exercises tailored to your needs. Through this membership, you’ll receive support beyond the therapy hour — with resources designed to help you stay grounded, increase emotional awareness, and create lasting change in your daily life. No prior mindfulness experience is needed — just a willingness to explore, grow, and invest in your wellbeing.

Pillars Shelter Services
Pillars U offers courses to support individuals experiencing housing instability or residing in shelter settings by offering accessible, trauma-informed mental health resources. These courses are designed to help participants build emotional resilience, manage life stressors, and develop practical skills during periods of transition.
