Welcome to Understanding Self Harm, the sixth course in our trauma-informed wellness series. This module was created to help those who self-harm and their loved ones to better understand the cycle of self-harm and common risk factors – and to provide tools, education, and validation to support the healing process.

This course offers:

  • Common risk factors for self-harm
  • Strategies for coping, building safety, and seeking support
  • Guidance on helping others who are in the cycle of self-harm
  • Resources to assist you on your journey to healing
