Who do I call on the client list for outreach calls?
Interns may call any client who has been on the client list for over 1 – 1.5 weeks and has assigned to them for a formal outreach. When a client is ready for a formal outreach, intake specialists will assign you to this client in the EHR, record your name under the “Intern Contact” column, and add a date in which the formal outreach needs to be completed by. The box will turn green and will say “NAME contact by DATE” when the client has waited for 1 – 1.5 weeks (meaning they are ready to be contacted).

*Clients will be contacted a second time after 1.5 – 2 weeks have passed since the first call, sometimes an intern may do an outreach for the same person multiple times depending on the time a client has been waiting and who the intake team assigns for the formal outreach.
