Sticky Notes

Our EHR system has “sticky notes” as a function for documenting any important notes for each client. Typical reasons to use a sticky note include:

  1. Contact regarding balances with our billing department
  2. Contact regarding scheduling with our administrative department
  3. Coordinating transfers
  4. Documenting attempts to schedule clients
  5. Documenting communication outside of sessions

Please note that these sticky notes should use professional language and confidentiality is a must. Our administrative teams, billing teams, and necessary clinical staff also have access to these notes.
