Safety at Pillars of Wellness is a shared responsibility. Every staff member — clinical and administrative — plays a role in protecting our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves. This training covers client risk screening, recognizing and de-escalating aggression, emergency protocols, and your rights and responsibilities when safety situations arise.
