Client Onboarding Process with Consultants

  1. Client will express interest in working with Consultant (through PsychologyToday, calling the office directly, etc.).
  2. Admin staff will message Consultant on Ring Central to check availability and interest.
  3. Admin staff will send the client the consent form through EHR, provide EHR log in instructions, and communicate cost.
  4. Once paperwork is completed, admin staff will save client card information in EHR. Additionally, admin staff will inform Consultant and send client information (name and contact information) through Ring Central.
  5. Consultant will reach out to client to schedule and start services.
  6. Moving forward, Consultant will inform Dr. Michalski when each session is completed to ensure client card is charged.
  7. Consultant will complete and submit time sheets biweekly to HR for payment.
