Client Onboarding Process with Consultants
- Client will express interest in working with Consultant (through PsychologyToday, calling the office directly, etc.).
- Admin staff will message Consultant on Ring Central to check availability and interest.
- Admin staff will send the client the consent form through EHR, provide EHR log in instructions, and communicate cost.
- Once paperwork is completed, admin staff will save client card information in EHR. Additionally, admin staff will inform Consultant and send client information (name and contact information) through Ring Central.
- Consultant will reach out to client to schedule and start services.
- Moving forward, Consultant will inform Dr. Michalski when each session is completed to ensure client card is charged.
- Consultant will complete and submit time sheets biweekly to HR for payment.
