During intakes, you have limited time to gather and assess symptoms in order to assign a provisional diagnosis and create a treatment plan. A part of the training process for conducting intakes at Pillars is assessing current diagnostic skills. We recognize that you may have asked different questions; however, use the information provided in the intake to the best of your ability to provide a diagnosis. There are times where clients provide limited information.
